As promised, an update of TWISTED proportions!
I’m happy to report that my 40th anniversary retrospective on Pacific Comics’ stellar and influential Twisted Tales appears in the Halloween issue of Rue Morgue (#208), which is available now at the link below! This was truly a labor of love, beginning with my nine-year-old self seeing Twisted Tales #7 on a comic rack in good ol’ Galesburg, Illinois, and wondering what on earth I was seeing. I had the opportunity to chat with writer/artist/all-around horror genius Bruce Jones, Pacific co-founder Steve Schanes, and artist John Bolton for this one - don’t miss it!
